| For nearly two decades, the Domestic Infant Program at CHSFS has been committed to keeping families connected through the practice of open adoption.
Open adoption is based on the concept that birthparents and adoptive parents meet, choose each other and create an ongoing relationship that benefits the child.
Together, birthparents and adoptive parents have the opportunity to decide what is best for the child and create an agreement for a lifelong relationship with the child at its center.
Our Domestic Infant Open Adoption Program is open to families living in the state of Minnesota.
